Discussing finances is one of the hardest and most necessary aspects of educating clients. As important as it is, very little training is available on the techniques around this type of communication. This session will explore the common barriers around communicating financial discussions, the current consumer landscape and expectations along with the rising need for transparency and how that adds to the equation.
