Lorin Gold is Principal and Co-Owner of The Schutz Company, a boutique consulting firm that has been a pioneer in the human dynamics of breakthrough performance and organizational transformation since 1980. She is a consultant, strategic partner, and executive coach to some of the firm’s largest clients.
Her recent clients have included Northwell Health, Chanel, GeneDx, Guardian Veterinary Specialists, and Taiho Oncology. With her support, client organizations have set new records in revenue growth, profitability, employee engagement, and impact.
Prior to joining The Schutz Company, Lorin was a Performance Consultant at UBS investment bank. She trained, coached, and consulted to more than 200 financial advisors and branch management teams. She was an active member of the change management team that transformed solo advisors to working teams.
Lorin started her career specializing in cross cultural education and facilitation in not-for-profit organizations. She has led multiple educational initiatives – a favorite was Global Classroom, a program that trained international university students to work directly with NYC youth. She cofounded and directed the International Student Leadership Network (ISLN) – a program for U.S. domestic and international university students to directly experience leadership development, teamwork, and project management through a live in-person cohort.
